Lingvent Design moulds soft PVC casings for USB flash drives — from custom silhouettes and mascots to miniature product replicas. The casing is designed around the drive PCB so the connector retracts cleanly and the cap seats with a positive click. We mould and finish the PVC body; the electronic module is supplied and assembled by our partner line and can be quoted with the casing as a complete promotional drive.

Frequently asked questions

Do you supply the USB drive or only the PVC casing?

Either. We mould and finish the PVC casing on our own line, and can also quote a complete promotional drive with the electronic module fitted by our partner assembly line.

What memory capacities are available with a custom PVC casing?

8 GB to 128 GB USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 modules are the standard range; other capacities can be sourced on request.

What is the minimum order for a custom PVC USB casing?

100 pieces per design for the casing. A mould charge applies once per new shape and is not repeated on reorders.
