Lingvent Design sculpts and moulds three-dimensional PVC figures, brand mascots and miniature product replicas. Our designers build the digital sculpt first, produce a rapid prototype for your sign-off, then move to a production mould. Figures are hand-painted or spray-finished, and can be mounted on a base, keyring or display card.

Yes. Send a sketch, reference photos or a written brief. Our designers produce the digital sculpt and a 3D model, which we share for approval before tooling.
How much does a custom 3D PVC figure mould cost?
Mould cost depends on the number of parts, undercuts and painted details, and is quoted per project. It is a one-off charge that is not repeated on reorders of the same design.
What is the minimum order for 3D PVC figures?
100 pieces per design after sample approval, which keeps hand-finished units commercially viable.
